New Beginnings
Fine Art Giclée Print of an original painting
The original painting is available to purchase here
Description
Part of 'The Language of Flowers' series
The primrose is one of the first spring flowers to bloom, celebrating the return of the sun and the renewal of life. For Christians it is associated with Easter and the resurrection - symbolising rebirth and new beginnings.
The word primrose literally translates to “the first rose” in Latin (prima rosa).
This delicate flower represents the dual elements of my fragility with the freshness and vitality I feel on my new adventures as an artist, after being in hibernation for so long.
