Rip Tide

The original artwork is part of a miniature series of four pieces which have all been inspired by my love of the sea. Of course it features my favourite colour, aqua blue.⁠

There is a certain suggestion of movement that brings to mind the energy of tidal water. A rip tide is a specific type of current associated with the swift movement of tidal water through inlets and the mouths of estuaries, embayments, and harbours.

Printed on Hahnemühle German Etching fine art paper 310gsm. It is the paper I prefer for its beautiful texture and capturing the vibrant colours of my original artwork. 

Please be aware that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your monitor settings.

These high-quality giclée prints are printed to standard frame sizes, with a margin around the artwork, making the actual image sizes as per below:

Large - 40x50cm / 27x38cm
Extra Large - 50x70cm / 36x50.5cm

Each order is processed by me in real time. When you place your order, the file gets sent to my printer to be produced in your chosen size format and collected by me to be wrapped and posted out to you at no extra cost. So whilst that does mean it can take a little longer for delivery, each print is lovingly produced with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

Please alllow up to 3 working days for delivery. Your unframed print will be carefully wrapped in eco-friendly packaging and will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class.
